As a researcher and organisational psychologist, Tamara de Reu has many years of experience in conducting research into undesirable behaviour and/or integrity. She has been working as a permanent secretary of the National Complaints Committee for Undesirable Behaviour for the local government since 2012.
In addition, she is active in many different complaints committees as a committee member and/or secretary within the financial sector, business services, healthcare and education.
Tamara is also a certified confidant.
As an organisation consultant, Tamara has often given training/workshops and presentations. As a complaints investigator, she is regularly asked to provide information to confidants and personnel advisors about the working methods of a complaints committee and to discuss case studies with them.
